Return & Refund Policy


At The Rito, we strive to provide a fair and supportive return experience while maintaining strict guidelines to protect our small startup operations. Please review the policy carefully before initiating a return.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible to request a return within 3 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect
  • The wrong size was delivered (different from what you ordered)
  • The product has a major embroidery or print defect

There will be no charges for approved returns.
Pickup or return shipping will be handled by The Rito at no cost to the customer.


2. Conditions for Return Approval

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed and undamaged
  • Free from stains, odors, or alterations
  • Returned with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact

Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return being declined.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with incorrect sizes selected by the customer (for standard fits)
  • Items showing signs of wear, wash, or customer damage
  • Minor color or shade variations due to screen/display differences
  • Custom, personalized, or limited-edition items
  • Products marked as “No Return” or “Final Sale” at checkout

These rules ensure fairness and prevent misuse of the return facility.


4. Replacement Policy

If your return is approved:

  • A replacement for the same item will be provided, subject to availability
  • If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose:
    • Store credit, or
    • Refund (if eligible)
    • Exchange and Replacement delivery timeframe will be 7-10 days

No extra fees will ever be charged for replacements.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned item successfully passes our Quality Check (QC).

Refund details:

  • Mode: Original payment method or store credit
  • Timeline: Amount will be credited within 5–10 working days after QC approval
  • Amount: Full value of the product (no deductions)

If the product fails QC (due to usage, damage, missing tags, etc.), it will be returned to you at no charge, and no refund will be processed.


6. Important Notes

  • Issues must be reported within the 3‑day return window to remain eligible.
  • The Rito may decline return/refund requests that fall outside the policy or appear fraudulent.
  • This policy applies only to purchases made through The Rito’s official channels.
